Due to the strict CBD policy, used by our shippers, Silphium Seeds LLSC, products can be shipped anywhere in the United States where Hemp Derived CBD and other cannabinoids are legal.  We use USPS and UPS, which require a street address.  If you provide a PO Box, we will contact you for a street address.  If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we will refund your order.  We always suggest our customers request “signature required” when we ship your order to ensure you receive your products.  In the event that USPS or UPS shows a “Proof of Delivery” to the address provided, and no signature was requested by our customer, we do not replace missing products. All orders are shipped Mon – Friday and the cut off is 3:00 pm PST.  If you place your order over the weekend it will be processed the following business day. If you select 2-day shipping, it will be shipped USPS PRIORITY once it has processed, which could be up to 48 hours.  We do not ship on Federal Holidays.  Once shipped: A confirmation number and tracking number will be sent to you via USPS or UPS.  Check your spam folder if you do not see the tracking information in your regular inbox.
